How we work
When you arrive
Mediation sessions are held in our Perth CBD office, chosen to provide a professional and welcoming environment for what can sometimes be a challenging day.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our reception team and shown to the spacious waiting area, which offers views across the water. We understand that not everyone attending mediation feels comfortable sitting alongside the other party before a session, so the space allows individuals to wait separately.
Complimentary barista-made coffee, tea and soft drinks are available throughout the day, and our team will do everything possible to ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
We know that mediation is not always easy. Difficult conversations can bring uncertainty, stress and emotion. While we cannot remove the challenges that sometimes come with mediation, we believe the environment matters. That's why we have carefully chosen a space that feels calm.
Once you have settled in, depending on the service you are attending for, your mediator may do a brief check in with each of you before inviting you both into the mediation room to get started.
